Every society, club and group of friends has one person who does the work — the calls, the chasing, the spreadsheet, the deposits. At Executive Global Tours that person is the Captain, and the Captain’s Table is how we say thank you: a standing set of organiser rewards on every EGT group trip, tracked under your own captain’s code.
How the Captain’s Table works
★ Your own captain’s code. When your group is set up, you get a personal booking code for your society. Every guest who books under it is counted to your group automatically — no spreadsheets, no arguments about who brought whom.
★ 16 or more paid guests — the captain travels free. Bring sixteen paid guests on an EGT group departure and the captain’s own place on that trip is on us. You did the work; you should not pay for the trip.
★ A full group — the captain is hosted properly. Fill a departure (our groups are capped at 20 paid places) and we host the captain the way a captain should be hosted: the captain’s dinner is ours, your society’s prizes and presentations are built into the week, and where the departure is legend-hosted, the captain’s fourball plays with the host.
★ Bigger parties, bespoke thanks. Multiple fourballs across more than one departure, a society that travels with us year after year — talk to us. Repeat captains are the backbone of this business and we treat them that way, with first refusal on new departures before they are announced.
Built for how groups actually travel
- Golfers and non-golfers together — a real programme for both is our speciality; partners are guests, not luggage.
- Escrow on every booking — each guest’s deposit is held by Ben Katz, Esq., CPA; every departure has a go/no-go date, and if a trip does not run, every guest is refunded in full. Your name is safe with your members.
- Shoulder seasons are the captain’s friend — November and February to early March bring the best value and the warmest welcome for societies heading to Spain, Portugal and beyond.
- One point of contact — JP’s office runs the paperwork, the payments and the chasing of stragglers. The captain herds golfers; we herd everything else.
