Nesby Glasgow — Co-Founder | Sports Managing Director. In Memoriam (1957–2020). Fourteen NFL seasons with the Seattle Seahawks and Indianapolis Colts — and then a second career building this company. Nesby co-founded Executive Global Tours with JP, opening the doors of professional sport to our guests and bringing the first celebrity ambassadors into the EGT family. A great player, a great partner and a great friend. Gone, but never forgotten — his welcome is still the standard we hold ourselves to.

Marvin Parker — Director. The man who makes the itineraries run. With over 20 years of travel management experience, Marvin has organised tours across Europe, the Caribbean, Asia and South America — the hotels, the tee times, the transfers, the thousand details a great trip is made of. As a Director of Executive Global Tours he blends a passion for sport, travel and culture with an operator’s eye, so our guests can simply enjoy the trip while Marvin makes sure it all happens.

JP Cone — Co-Founder | Director. Thirty-eight years in the business and still on the road with his guests. JP started in Irish tourism at 16 and built Executive Global Tours into the home of tailor-made golf and sports travel across Europe, the Caribbean and beyond — an accredited Ireland Specialist who works in partnership with the official tourism boards of the countries he sells. Schooled in Ireland and the USA, JP lived in Roscrea, Moneygall, Maynooth and Dublin before making his home in Little Ireland, Yonkers, New York — and his roots run through all of it, he leads many tours himself, greets every guest by name, and runs EGT on one simple idea: golf in the morning, the world in the afternoon. A proud member of the Ancient Order of Hibernians and a volunteer coach with New York GAA.

Michael Maccia — Advisor. Michael Maccia, Esq. has travelled the world extensively, and brings a lawyer’s eye and a traveller’s knowledge to the EGT team. His counsel on the details that make a trip run smoothly is indispensable — and when the day’s golf is done, his knowledge of the world’s wines, craft beers and whiskeys is one our guests are always glad to tap.

Larry Belcamino — Boston Tour Sales. Thirty-five years of sales, marketing and hospitality — and a lifetime around the fight game and major sports events. Larry leads EGT’s New England team, looking after our Boston travellers from the first call to the final tee time, with the kind of personal service that turns first-time guests into regulars.

David McCarthy — Boston Tour Sales. Dave has spent over 40 years in the hockey world — sales, equipment, and domestic and international hockey programmes — as a member of the American Hockey Coaches Association, the Northeast Rink Managers Association and USA Hockey. From our Boston team he looks after EGT’s hockey travellers, and he also runs the non-profit Hockey Cares, Inc. (Hockey Cares for Kids).

Lisa Kelly — Marketing Professional. Lisa brings over two decades of marketing experience to EGT — a University of Notre Dame business graduate who manages our content by day and writes by night. In 2012 she was crowned the ‘Biggest Fan of the Big East’ in a blogging and social media contest, representing Notre Dame — she makes sure the stories our guests live on tour get told properly.

Allen Lynch — Ireland Tour Sales. Based in Roscrea, County Tipperary — JP’s own home turf — Allen is EGT’s man for Ireland, planning golf and heritage trips from the wild northwest links of Donegal, Sligo and Mayo to Dublin and the south. He also knows a thing or two about the other game: Allen is one of Ireland’s leading match officials, a League of Ireland Premier Division assistant referee who has run the line at UEFA Europa League qualifiers, UEFA Youth League ties and full internationals, including Denmark v Panama. So if there’s a match on your trip, you’re travelling with a man who works in the game.

Emmet Dynan — Irish Tour Sales. Also based in Roscrea, County Tipperary, Emmett builds EGT’s Irish programmes group by group — great links golf mixed with the music, the heritage and the welcome that Ireland does better than anywhere on earth. And like Allen Lynch, he’s a League of Ireland Premier Division match official — the two of them have run the line together at Dalymount Park and grounds the length of Ireland. If there’s a session in a snug or a story worth hearing on your route, Emmett will have it in the plan.

Jason is a golf media professional and Founder of LinksNation. He brings over three decades of experience in golf journalism, course agronomy, championship course preparation, and elite-level golf travel. Educated through the University of Florida IFAS program, Jason has worked both behind the scenes and in the media center at the highest levels of the sport. His Q&A interviews span the game’s greats, most recently Rory McIlroy, and include Jack Nicklaus, Ben Crenshaw and Nancy Lopez. A 1.9-handicap player himself, Jason still competes in amateur championships, including the 2023 Florida State Senior Match Play — he writes about the game from inside the ropes.

Irv Smith is a Notre Dame legend — Offensive Player of the Game vs BYU on October 24, 1992. He played tight end in the NFL for the New Orleans Saints, San Francisco 49ers and Cleveland Browns. Irv loves to travel and has been to Ireland and Europe many times — he led EGT’s trip to Ireland for the Notre Dame vs Navy game in Dublin.

Dexter Carter — Board Member. Dexter is a Super Bowl XXIX champion with the San Francisco 49ers, where he starred as a running back and return specialist from 1990 to 1994. A Florida State standout, Dexter brings his championship experience and love of travel to the EGT board.

Gerry Hendrix — Travel Specialist. Born and raised in Dublin, Ireland, where her family ran a traditional B&B, Gerry has been giving tours since she was 10 years old. Nicknamed ‘Tour Guide’ after leading a New Jersey high school marching band through Dublin’s St Patrick’s Day parade at 14, she’s lived in London, Geneva, New York, Philadelphia and now calls Delaware home. A die-hard Philadelphia Union soccer fan and former Travel Director of the Sons of Ben supporters club, Gerry brings a lifetime of travel passion to EGT.

Brad May — NHL legend and Stanley Cup champion (2007 Anaheim Ducks). 18 seasons in the NHL with Buffalo, Vancouver, Phoenix, Colorado, Anaheim, Toronto and Detroit. Famous for the iconic ‘May Day’ overtime goal in the 1993 playoffs. Brad brings his passion for the game and love of travel to EGT as a board member and celebrity host.

Pat White — West Virginia quarterback legend and former NFL player. The only quarterback in NCAA history to win four bowl games as a starter, Sugar Bowl MVP, and one of the most electrifying dual-threat QBs college football has ever seen. Pat brings his energy and fan appeal to EGT as a celebrity trip host.

Terrell Thomas — Celebrity Host. National champion at USC, Super Bowl XLVI champion with the New York Giants — and one of the very few men in NFL history to come back from three ACL tears. Terrell brings that same determination to everything he does: an MBA from Indiana University, mentoring student-athletes on life after sport, and a genuine love of golf. He hosts EGT’s annual Cabo Trio Golf Getaway in Los Cabos — travel with a champion, and you’ll be treated like one.

Carl Banks is a New York Giants legend — two-time Super Bowl champion (XXI, XXV), Pro Bowl linebacker, and member of the Giants Ring of Honor. Carl has been travelling with EGT for over 20 years, joining us for trips to Italy, France, Croatia and beyond. He brings championship pedigree and great company to every EGT experience.

Shane Byrne — Irish Rugby Legend. Shane Byrne is one of Ireland’s most beloved rugby stars — a former Leinster and Ireland hooker with 41 caps for his country. A key member of Ireland’s Triple Crown-winning teams, Shane brings his infectious personality and deep love of the game to every EGT tour. He leads our rugby tours and joins our golf tours, sharing stories from his playing days and giving guests an insider’s view of Irish sport and culture.
