Day 1: Arrive in Buenos Aires
Meet at the airport with EGT Golf TOUR staff and transfer to the Alvear Palace Hotel for a 3-night stay. In the afternoon, take a private city tour with a professional guide. Buenos Aires is a charming city with a strong influence on most of the main European cities. Beautiful walks, avenues, parks, monumental buildings, cafes, museums and churches gathered in 26 districts,each with it’s own distinct personality, give it a truly cosmopolitan air.
Day 2: Golf at San Andres Golf Club
San Andreas Golf Club is the oldest golf club in Argentina. In 1894 the first official golf match took place here. The club is named after The Royal & Ancient Golf Club of St. Andrew’s. It was host to the “Abierto de la Republica” 21 times (more than any other club); Roberto De Vicenzo, the 1967 British Open Champion, won here twice, and is an honorary member.
Day 3: Golf at Olivos Golf Club
Considered the best golf course in Argentina, Olivos hosted the Golf World Cup in 2010.
Day 4: Fly to San Martín de los Andes
Arrive in San Martin for a 2-night stay at the Chapelco Hotel. This village is located on the shores of Lake Lácar, in a natural basin that protects it from the wind. Its geographical location is of singular beauty, tucked in a sumptuous amphitheater of mountains that preserve the fertility of its lake and forest environment.
Day 5: Golf at Chapelco Golf Club
Chapelco Golf Club is the first Jack Nicklaus and Jack Nicklaus II co-designed golf course in South America. One of the Nicklaus’ design philosophies is to avoid disrupting the natural setting as much as possible and therefore enhance the scenic beauty.
Day 6: Day of Leisure/Golf – Fly to Bariloche
Depart to the lake Patagonia area (Bariloche), where you will stay for 3-nights at the Llao Llao Resort. Take the 7 lakes route in a private van crossing mountains, lakes and rivers. At the southernmost tips of continental Argentina, the Andean mountain Range shows a variety of natural beauties that will surprise tourists, along with wonderful forests and lakes that originated from glaciers.
Day 7: Golf at Llao Llao Golf Club
The granite peaks and mystical forests of the Andes in western Patagonia cradle one of the world’s most beautiful courses – the Llao Llao. They say you can hear the silence. Surrounded by deep-blue lakes, snow-covered mountains and natural forests, it has asymmetric fairways, imposing greens, and bunkers perfectly integrated to the environment.
Day 8: Golf at Arelauquen Golf Club
This amazing 18-hole, 6,693-yard Par-72 golf course is located on the northwestern shore of Lake Gutiérrez. It is crossed by the Longochinoco Creek and immersed in a setting of fresh air, mountains, crystal-clear lakes, and unique vegetation; furthermore, golfers enjoy the highest level of infrastructure.
Day 9: Return to Buenos Aires
After a 2 hour excursion, arrive in Buenos Aires and transfer to the Alvear Palace Hotel for a 2-night stay.
Day 10: Play at the Pilar Golf Club
Destined to be South America’s premier golf course, this magnificent course already has critics raving about the beauty of its natural setting. This American designed course was host of the most important amateur and professional tournaments of the country, like the 101 Argentine Open.
