Ski Tours — Alpine Group Weeks

One Alpine week, everything bundled, everybody looked after — skiers and non-skiers alike.

Executive Global Tours has spent 38 years building custom golf and sports travel for groups from the USA and Canada. Our ski tours take ski clubs, societies and groups of friends to the great Alpine resorts of France, Austria, Italy and Switzerland as dated, hosted group weeks — you travel on set dates with a named EGT host travelling with the group, and the details are settled before you leave home.

The EGT difference is bundle certainty: the pieces a group usually has to chase separately — hotel, lift pass, lessons, transfers, hosting — are brought together in one package, so the group knows exactly what its week includes. And non-skiers are not an afterthought: they get a real slow-winter programme of their own — spa days, scenic rail journeys, village and food days, and winter walking and snowshoe outings — while the skiers are on the mountain. The group shares its hotel, its dinners and its evenings; the days run on parallel tracks.

Skiing in the Alps

Three Ways to Travel

The All-In Alps Week

Our simplest promise: lift pass and group lessons inside one package price, together with your hotel, hosting and the week’s programme. Skiers know the mountain costs are covered before they travel; non-skiers swap the slopes for the slow-winter programme — spa, rail, villages and food — and the whole group meets for dinner every night. Contact us for pricing in USD or CAD.

Chamonix Hosted Ski Week

A named, hosted group week in Chamonix, skiing with local mountain guides in one of the world’s great ski towns. Non-skiers get their own Alpine programme: the Aiguille du Midi cable car, a day in Annecy or Montreux, spa days and food days in the valley — a full week, not a waiting room. See our ski the Alps page for more Alpine inspiration.

Austria for Groups

A group week in Mayrhofen or St Anton, built for clubs, societies and friend groups: big, lively resorts, skiing for every level, lessons arranged for those who want them, and evenings made for a group — mountain huts, village bars and long dinners. Non-skiers ride the railways, walk the winter trails and enjoy the spa and food programme while the skiers are on the pistes.

Hosted Weeks, Honest Pricing

Every EGT ski week is a dated hosted group week with a named host concept — a real person travelling with your group, sorting the small things before they become big ones. We do not publish invented prices: each week is priced for its resort, its dates and its inclusions, so contact us for pricing in USD or CAD and we will cost your week properly.

Ski France — The Alps Line

EGT’s French Alps line runs from the glacier resorts of the south to the great linked domains of the north — and every week is built the EGT way: mixed groups, the non-skier programme printed in full, and the extras laid out as a menu (lift pass, equipment hire by grade, tuition, transfers) so nothing arrives as a surprise on the mountain. Two ways to book, stated plainly on every trip: a whole chalet for your group (the price is for the chalet, sleeping as stated, with catering as chosen), or per-person places in a hotel or shared chalet. Catered, part-catered or self-catered is a choice, not a default. And for American and Canadian groups, we build short-break ski — four- and five-night Alps trips that fit a long weekend plus travel days — a shape the European market barely sells and the transatlantic market keeps asking for.

Les 2 Alpes — The Glacier Resort

The village sits at 1,650 metres and the lifts climb to 3,600 metres on the Glacier de Mont-de-Lans — the largest skiable glacier in Europe, and the reason the season here runs about seven months, with summer glacier skiing when the rest of the Alps have closed their lifts. 220 kilometres of pistes and a 2,300-metre vertical drop, one of the biggest in the world — and unusually, beginners can ski at altitude here on blue runs from the top, so the whole group shares the high mountain, not just the nursery slopes.

Alpe d’Huez — The Island in the Sun

A south-facing balcony at 1,860 metres with around 300 days of sunshine a year, 250 kilometres of pistes in the Grand Domaine up to the Pic Blanc at 3,330 metres, and the Sarenne — a 16-kilometre black run from the summit, one of the longest in the world. In summer the same mountain is cycling’s cathedral: the 21 hairpin bends from Bourg-d’Oisans. A ski week here pairs naturally with our cycling pages — the same resort, two seasons, one office.

Chamonix & Haute-Savoie — Mont-Blanc Country

The birthplace of alpinism, in the shadow of Mont Blanc. Chamonix’s skiing splits across several distinct areas under one valley, and its legend is the Vallée Blanche: a roughly 20-kilometre off-piste glacier descent from the Aiguille du Midi at 3,842 metres back to the valley. It is the great ski adventure of the Alps — and it is unpatrolled glacier terrain with crevasses, so it is skied with a qualified mountain guide, always; we print that plainly because it is true. The wider Haute-Savoie — the Mont-Blanc country resorts and the Portes du Soleil gateway towns — gives gentler bases for mixed groups, with Chamonix as the day out.

The Three Valleys — The Largest Ski Area in the World

Some 600 kilometres of linked pistes on one pass, linked since 1971: Courchevel (the flagship, villages at every altitude up to 1850), Méribel (the chalet heart of the system, in the central valley), Val Thorens (2,300 metres, Europe’s highest resort, the snow-sure end of the line), with Les Menuires, Saint-Martin-de-Belleville, La Tania and Orelle completing the map. This is the chalet heartland — whole-chalet weeks are the classic shape here, and the per-person hotel line runs alongside.

Val d’Isère & Tignes — The High Tarentaise

Val d’Isère (1,850 metres) linked with Tignes: 300 kilometres of pistes up to the Grande Motte glacier at 3,456 metres, a season from late November into May, and the Face de Bellevarde — the 1992 Olympic downhill face — above the village. Serious skiing in a genuine mountain town.

Portes du Soleil — Morzine & the Twelve Resorts

Twelve resorts — eight in France, four across the Swiss border — and 600-plus kilometres of pistes on one circuit, about an hour and a half from Geneva, which makes it the easiest Alps arrival for transatlantic groups. Morzine (1,000 metres, a real town), Avoriaz (1,800 metres, car-free, ski-in ski-out), Les Gets and Châtel: the friendliest introduction to big-mountain France, and a summer mountain-biking capital when the snow goes — another crossover with our cycling line.

The Non-Skier Layer — Printed, Not Implied

Pedestrian lift passes so non-skiers meet the group at the mountain restaurants; spa and wellness programmes in every resort; village days (Chamonix’s streets, Megève, Morzine’s markets); snowshoe and dog-sled mornings; and the long lunch as an institution. A mixed group where half don’t ski is our home ground — on snow exactly as on the golf course.

Montreal & Mont Tremblant

Our North American answer to the Alpine week: ski days at Mont Tremblant — the great Eastern resort, about 90 minutes from Montreal — with evenings in one of the continent’s great food cities. Base the whole week in Montreal and ride up to the mountain for ski days, or split the stay: Tremblant village for the ski-in/ski-out days, then Montreal nights for the restaurants, markets and Old Montreal.

It’s built for North American groups: short flights, no jet lag, and the same hosted, everything-bundled EGT touch — lift tickets, transfers, group dinners and individual guest payments handled for you. Skiers get one of the East’s best mountains; non-skiers get Montreal — explore the gourmet side on our Montreal Food Tour page, plan a summer return with our Formula 1 Grand Prix Tours Montreal weekend, and see the fairways on our Canada Golf Tours page.
