Terms and Conditions

If you wish to make any change to a reservation after it has been confirmed, Executive Global Tours will make every effort to accommodate your wishes subject to the following conditions:

       -If changes are requested 45 days or more prior to departure, a $50.00 administration fee will apply.

       -If changes are requested between 15 and 44 days prior to departure, a $100.00 administration fee will apply.

       -If changes are requested 14 days or less, prior to departure, a $200.00 administration fee will apply.

Any non-refundable charges by airlines, hotels, golf courses, ground handlers or affiliated companies must be paid.

Notice of cancellation of any Executive Global Tours package must be provided in writing to Executive Global Tours stating the reasons for cancellation. If cancellation by one or more members of your group alters the room occupancy or tee times of the remaining group members, those members still travelling will be required to pay any revised golfing or accommodation charges. In addition, penalties for cancellations by individuals within the group, or of the group as a whole, will be charged as follows:

    a) Cancellation any time prior to departure – 100% of airfare portion price

    a) Cancellation made 90 days or more prior to departure – deposit paid.

    b) Cancellation within 90 days of departure – 100% of land portion price.

Provided that cancellation is due to medical or related causes as outlined in their policy, clients having paid the applicable insurance premium will be able to recover such penalties from their insurer.

Any processing fees incurred by Executive Global Tours for credit card transactions will be withheld from any applicable refund to clients.

The above are Executive Global Tours’ general conditions, however, they may differ depending on the suppliers’ specific cancellation policies.  If the payment terms and conditions differ from above, Golf Away Tours will outline them in our proposal.

The currencies in which our tour packages are quoted are specifically identified. Unless otherwise specified, all prices are quoted per person with single, double, twin, quad or other occupancy specifically identified. Prices are based on costs and exchange rates in effect at the time of printing and are subject to change due to airfare increases, changes in exchange rates, government tax increases, changes to currency exchange rates or other factors beyond our control. Golf Away will endeavor to inform you of any such price increase at least 14 days prior to departure.

Executive Global tours will deliver all necessary travel documents and vouchers to you approximately two (2) weeks prior to departure. Additional background information concerning the area being visited, the features of our selected hotels, local currency, regulations and customs, distances from hotels to golf courses, starting times, entertainment, dining, etc. for packages outside of North America will also be provided at that time.

Checked baggage allowances vary among regularly scheduled, charter, and discount airlines as well as between different classes of service. Most regularly scheduled and charter airlines permit golf bags as luggage while some discount airlines do not. Applicable baggage allowances and associated fees should be confirmed at time of booking.

Most hotels chosen for our golf packages have single rooms in limited number available. Supplemental charges for single rooms are available upon request.

No refunds, rainchecks or adjustments will be provided for unused vacation features or travel services.

Executiveglobaltours cannot be responsible if some of the services, bonus features or facilities described in this literature, cease to be available or are not working. Hotels may alter or curtail some facilities without notice, usually for improvement or ongoing maintenance purposes. Use of recreation facilities and equipment is subject to availability.

Executiveglobaltours Ltd. (herein called the Company) acts only as agent for the hotels, airlines, bus companies, railroads, steamship lines, golf facilities or owners or contractors providing accommodations, transportation or other services, and all coupons, exchange orders, contracts and tickets issued by the Company are subject to any and all tariffs, terms and conditions under which any accommodations, transportation, or any other services whatsoever are provided by such hotels, airlines, bus companies, railroads, steamship lines, golf facilities or owners or contractors and, by the acceptance of such coupons, exchange orders, receipts, contracts and tickets, clients agree to the foregoing and also agree that neither the Company nor any of their affiliates shall be or become liable or responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property or otherwise in connection with any accommodations, transportation or other services or resulting directly or indirectly, from acts of God, dangers incident to the sea, fire, breakdown in machinery and equipment, acts of government or other authorities, de jure or de facto, wars, whether declared or not, hostilities, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, theft, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, medical or customs regulations, delays or cancellations of or changes in itineraries or schedules or from causes beyond the Company’s control, or for any loss or damage resulting from improper or insufficient passports, visas, or other documents, and that neither the Company nor any of their affiliates shall be or become liable or responsible for any additional expense or liability sustained or incurred by clients as a result of any of the foregoing causes. Airlines concerned are not to be held responsible for any act, omission, or event, during the time the passengers are not on board their aircraft.
