The Journey: Dublin to Shannon
Days 1–2 — Dublin. Settle into the capital in style: dinner at one of Dublin’s two-Michelin-star restaurants and a private whiskey tasting with a whiskey expert.
Day 3 — Wicklow & Kilkenny. Estate gardens in the Garden of Ireland, then on to Mount Juliet — with dinner at the celebrated Lady Helen restaurant.
Day 4 — Ballymaloe. A full cookery school day in one of Ireland’s most loved kitchens: gardens, farm, market sourcing and a hands-on session.
Day 5 — Midleton & Kinsale. A premium private tasting at Midleton Distillery — ending with your personal, engraved bottle moment — then on to Kinsale, Ireland’s gourmet capital.
Day 6 — The Burren & the Cliffs of Moher. A private experience at the Burren Smokehouse, then the Cliffs of Moher.
